Analysis of the Real Pelican Brief
Literary Threat Targeting The U.S. Supreme Court.
|
|
The Pelican Brief is a literary threat targeting the U.S. Supreme Court concerning a real civil rights case that was in the federal circuit in 1992; one that has the potential of eventually being reviewed by the U.S. Supreme Court.
The case is categorized as a Slavery-Death Penalty Civil Rights Case.
America's only real civil rights case that exposes the CESS Alien Race
and the Alien Agency.
Engineering student, Wayne Manzo, from the burbs of Northern New Jersey,
caught up in a "CESS(cultural elite SS) Alien Agency" trap
after he accepts an intern Army position at a major
NASA(National Alien Security Agency?) research facility.
Framed, fired, and attacked by the "Alien Agency",
government intern Manzo finds himself tortured,
and oppressed as he is "played" to the streets
of the "Alien Agency's" major "Hive" cities.
Cities such as Chicago, New York, and Cincinnati, that are referred to,
by the aliens themselves,as military psyche wards and
human concentration camps; because all of
the human citizens were connected(assimilated into
the collective telepathic "Agency Hive" and essentially
become aliens) or collected(exterminated). A human being who is "labeled"
the enemy of the "RACE" is brutally attacked by the swarm__until the human ends up
a paraplegic(similar to what they did to
the Hollywood actor Christopher Reeve)
or perishes of various symptoms allegedly
associated with the AIDS virus(i.e., the "Alien HIVE" killed them).
His only recourse? His only weapon against the
"Alien Conquerors"? The United States Constitution,
Federal Statute, and the United States Federal Court:
the protector, guardian, of the rights of the American(human)people.

How can a book which appears to be about an illegal oil business(oil drilling on federally protected land), and a smart law student(Darby Shaw) from Tulane University, be compared or associated with a real federal civil rights action that was pending in the courts at the time?
A very good question.
Not only are there character names in the Pelican Brief that are either defendant names in cv92-3553 or associated with the case in some way, but the basic premise(elements) of the story coincide with that of the federal civil rights case. People who are "inside" the system(CESS Alien Agency) are familar with this technique of targeting___and understood the threat that it conveys to the law community, U.S. Supreme Court,
and to the United States.
A very interesting question is whether or not
the author of The Pelican Brief, John Grisham, was unknowingly manipulated into writing "The Brief"
as a result of CESS Agency manipulation, or,
is he "CESS Agency"?
The engineering student's civil rights complaint was "allegedly" arbitrarily assigned to federal judge Nicholas Politan(Politano?)__Politan accepted the complaint but violated the student's constitutional rights by failing to approve his motion for appointment of independent counsel.
According to federal rules of precedure, federal
statute, and case law, appointment of indepedent
counsel(Not Ken Starr!) is discretionary; appointment
is up to the discretion of the judge(s) assigned to
the case. This is true in civil cases, but as
we all know, is the opposite in criminal cases.
An American citizen charged with a crime against the
state or nation has the Constitutional right to
confer with legal counsel and if those charged cannot
afford counsel the court must assign either the
public defender(who basically gets paid by the people who are trying to incarcerate the person)or some other form of counsel__this form of counsel is referred
to as "independant counsel".
When the student was framed and fired from the
U.S. Army intern position at NASA-Lewis Research
Center(1988) he was charged with a capitol crime
against the "CESS Alien Agency" and sentenced to a slow and agonizing death on the streets of America's
major cities, lifetime incarceration, or
brutally murdered(shot, hack to pieces, car accident).
Upon receipt of the student's motion for appointed
counsel, the assigned judge, Politan, or a magistrate,
had in their possession enough information
indicating that the student was framed at
NASA-Lewis and that he was being
Taken Down Unfairly via the CESS
Alien Agency. The implication being that the
students federal civil rights had been removed
and that the defendants planned on torturing
him and then give him the penalty(refer to
the photograph of the Federal Courthouse, Newark)
The proper action should have been for the judge(s)
to appoint counsel along with federal protection and
force the media to provide massive publicity
concerning the student and the case.
Instead, the federal court in Newark, the "CESS
Agency Court" failed to approve his motion for
assigned counsel.
The student, without funds or income, being
"Taken Down Unfairly" by the CESS Alien Agency,
and receiving numerous death threats, was forced
to abandone his home state of New Jersey.

Within a couple of weeks, the engineering intern
student from Bergen County, New Jersey was
illegally incarcerated in Las Vegas, Nevada!
A political prisoner of the United States.
He was incarcerated for approximately 360 days
and was denied all federal constitutional rights,
continously physically and psychologically
tortured, and eventually chemically castrated!
(A clue the "CESS Alien Agency" was involved)
Upon submission of motions for independant counsel
the student was "attacked" by the agency and
ruled incompetent!
A cleverly orchestrated sequence
of events again indicating the presence of the CESS Alien Agency.
The student was charged with a bogus crime and
he was never convicted. The presiding "Agency" judge,
judge Thomas Foley, was found dead a few months later.
Appointment of counsel is not discretional when
the plaintiff is being destroyed by the federal
government and the CESS Alien Agency. These
types of lawsuits are called "Agency
Cases" and when these cases are submitted
to the federal court the court must
respond by providing counsel, protection,
and publicity__since the case is about
an American human citizen who is being
attacked by the "Alien Race".
The Pelican, the
student intern engineer from New Jersey, as
a result of the courts refusal to protect his rights, is being offered
to the CESS Alien Agency as a human sacrifice.

The character names in the Pelican Brief that are used to link
the book to the case are:
Kline and Lewis.
Coincidence?
There is a defendant in
CV-92-3553
with the name
Teresa Kline;
and defendant Kline worked at the (NASA)
Lewis Research Center.
These are the explicit literary links to the government interns civil rights lawsuit.
Or perhaps the name Lewis should be associated with the current Director of the FBI: Louis Freeh? Can Louis's name be deciphered as
Lewis Free?
A smart law student from Tulane might
say that at this point there still is
the possibility of coincidence.
Okay, lets continue with the analysis.
