Organizing my web accounts and trying to get my
site on foreign web servers. Network Solutions
finally sent me a $35 refund check. Took months of
emailing and faxing them but they finally forked
over the loot!
I found an old "Geocities" account that had some
of my scanned Chicago photographs.
All my photographs and negatives were stolen when I came to Cincinnati.

They were stolen by theCincinnati-Hamilton County library staff.
The staff and guards are CESS Alien Agency
and they get their orders from the "Defendants and
the Alien Agency". I was Alien cold-cocked while
researching litarary agents via the LMP. About 9:30 am
on the third floor of the library___"they put the
VODOO on me". I was brought out of the coma about
six hours later____my backpack was gone and the library
staff were acting very "cagey".

into the Atlantic.
I'm still staying on the street, using the CESS
Alien Library(its a war), eating at the soup
kitchens. I'll look for employment after the
holidays.
While at the CESS Agency Library internet computers
(Cincinnati-Hamilton County Library) it felt like
a syringe was being placed in my right arm! The same
sensation was felt when I was working the back
of a Chicago Tribune delivery truck(2000).
The truck was making a delivery at the Chicago
Navy Pier and then the driver's friend, having
huge alien ears and pale white alien skin, climbed
into the truck. While I was waiting in the back
of the truck___I felt the same sensation___like an
invisible syringe had been placed in my arm. The
Tribune driver later made comments such as:
"had to take him", "I took him"!
I wonder if this is how they destroyed human gay
guys who come to the various cities looking for
companionship. Of course they aren't told that
most of the citizens of the cities are "Aliens"
who hate human beings. The human gay guys are
attacked, tortured, and maimed, then injected
with the AIDS virus. The "Alien" game is to
kill humans without getting caught. They conceal
their killings by creating symptoms caused by
known diseases.
Cincinnati is the same "CESS Alien Agency Hive" as
Chicago(reference "Editorials") and the torture
and harassment techniques are similar.
The blacks, whites, Chicanos, Asians, etc....
are all aliens. They are of one RACE! The
"CESS Alien RACE" and they are loyal to their
RACE not the United States.
Oh, the Psycho CESS Alien Agency is still attacking
my testicles and penis___and, when they put me
into an unconscious state___they are still playing
with my bodily functions. This gets very interesting.
Mind Controllers(Puppet Masters), Alien Vasectomies,
and Forced Ejaculations
Two more data points brings the number to three and
they all fall on the same line. The correlation factor
is 1.0!
On Friday the 29th I was downtown and was waiting
around for the morning to come. I was in a
heated public area and it was about 1 in the morning.
I decided to sit and rest up against a wall__in a matter of seconds I was unconscious__the alien agency put me in a coma and in a few minutes I
was woken up because it felt like I had pissed
in my pants. The "puppet masters" were at their
old tricks again. I went to the nearby port-a-John and found that they aliens force an ejaculation while I was in a comatose state. I was brought out of the coma
after a period of about 11 minutes.
Since the CESS Alien Agency totally destroyed my reproduction organs very little ejaculation occurred.
On Thursday, the 28th I was downtown, again waiting
around for the morning to come. I was in a the
same heated public area and it was about 2:30 in the morning. I decided to sit and rest and the puppet
masters did the same thing. They put me to sleep and
forced what appeared to be an ejacultion. I again
went to the port-a-John and found very little
wetness and the excretion didn't smell that much.
It would appear as if the "CESS Alien" operation
on my gonads caused an almost total reduction in
ejaculatory fluids.
Why would the Psycho CESS(cultural elite ss) Alien
Agency cause this type of harassment?
If you are a homeless human on the streets in
an alien savage agency city___one way the aliens
can harass the human and possible get the human taken
off the streets is by having the human walk around
wearing soiled, smelly clothes. Also, since the
aliens in this hive have very acute smell___this
type of soiling drives them nuts making it easier
for them to "take the human down unfairly"

This arrived in my wmanzo@yahoo.com email
account. All my email is being censored along
with my web-based faxes. I emailed about 40
letters to various ACLU organizations
in this country and only received one reply.
And that reply gave me contact info for
the Cleveland ACLU. But we all know that
this state is "Agency" and the ACLU here, like
Chicago, doesn't care about the rights of
American citizens.
Oh, well, this arrived and this is exactly how

Very innocent email about web-based faxing? Not very
innocent if you have pages on your investigative
news website that associates Cindy Crawford
with the "CESS Alien Psycho Agency". The same
"Agency" that is responsible for me being framed
and kept on the streets since 1994!
Also, I used to date a young Jewish(?) girl
(I didn't know her nationality at the time__nor if
she was alien connected___hey, I was only 15 or
16 at the time)whose name was Jacqueline.
Hmmmm? Crawford? Jacqueline? Spooky Ain't it!
Coincidence? Not really. The Cindy Crawfords,
like the Linda Evangelistas, and the other
duplicated "CESS alien" agency models are hunters.

Christmas was uneventful. I ate dinner at the
"Westin Hotel"(big expensive hotel downtown)
and Saint "X"avier Catholic Church.
Slept at the Greyhound bus station. Woke up about
5:30 am and my head was aching. The aliens took
me down unfairly while I slept. Probably cut
into various parts of my brain. It usually takes
a few days for the pain and fuzzyness to go away.
Worked on a new menu on a new free server. Looks kind of deceiving,very plain yet right to the point.

Today, 12-26, the Psycho CESS Alien library staff put me to sleep about 4:45 in the afternoon. I was sitting on a comfortable chair trying to doze off when the aliens put me to sleep for about 11 minutes. During this period it felt like they used their mind control and forced some sort-a ejaculation(it felt like I pissed in my pants)I quickly woke up and left the library.
(remember, once these "mind controllers" get you
unconscious they take full control of your body.

elements of truth concerning the CESS Alien Agency

At the Greyhound bus station it looked
like I had wet myself___and the "aliens" blocked
out my ability to smell human sperm so I'm not
sure what happened.
Since there is not much excretion of fluids I can
only image what the aliens have done to my body.
From frying my testicles, slicing into the gonads
and urethra, to stopping all circulation to my
groin area___I suspect that my reproduction organs
have been destroyed by the aliens race. They killed
my human sperm and human reprodution capability.
Reminds me of that movie "Dr. Stranglove". Hmmmmm?
There is a passage in that movie where a military
officer mentions women wanting to take his sperm!

Last wednsday, at the Covington Public Library,
there were a bunch of little alien kids
(re-incarnates) and a few other patrons. It felt
like they were slicing into my gonads or scrotum.
Comments from the library staff amounting to
"that's the alien form of a vascetomy".
This is the same library where one of the "alien
agency pscyho librarians was speaking in the voice
of defendant, and "X" brother-in-law, Mark Jederlinich.
Convington is the same alien hive as Cincinnati.

Since most of my Chicago notes have been
lost when Tripod closed my "mansue" account about
11 months ago____I'll have to use my limited memory
on this one.
As I recall, the same thing happened when I was
working the back of a Chicago Tribune
truck last year. The driver was an "Alien Military
Police Psycho"___similar to these librarians but
these guy deliver the morning papers to the boxes and
stores.
So, I'm stuffing Tribune papers in the back of
this truck while its cruising down the road. The
driver is putting me in a deep mind fog___like they
did on every truck I worked on. Suddenly I feel that
same strange feeling in my groin area. Feels like
somebody or something is probing around with some
sort-a instrument. The psycho alien driver channels
the thought that "an alien vasectomy is being performed". Since the Chicago alien agency uses
severe forms of mind control___I stayed on the
truck and finished the route.
When I arrived back at the seedy flop house, downtown
Chicago, it felt like I was hit on the head with a
lead pipe and my testicles were sore.
I still say that the Cincinnati agency is the same
alien agency as Chicago. Same alien hive! Same
alien torture technology.

This is why they call these cities "Alien Military
Hospitals". The aliens have the technology to basically
do anything to the human form. They can even change
a human's sex via an alien operation. This reminds
me of the movie that was in the theatres about five
years ago called "Boxing Helena". About a woman whose
extremities were being removed by a man who didn't
want here to leave him. Was this representative of the
alien technology that is being used to torture
and maime human beings? I wonder.
