The above comparison is remarkable. The photo on
the right was taken about 1994 or 1995. After I
was released from an illegal political imprisonment
in Nevada. The imprisonment was the result of me
filing a federal civil rights complaint against
the people(?) who framed me with that "Agency"
Army job and then used the "Agency" to destroy
my life.
The
defendants in the 1992 complaint filed
in Newark, NJ were U.S. Army Propulsion Directorate
Defendants(NASA-Lewis Research Center, Cleveland), President George Bush, Sr, Secret-tery(?)of the Army M.Stone, and some wealthy "Agency" relatives who
obtained their wealth and position in society by
sacrificing me to the "Agency".
While incarcerated I was denied all of my rights
as an American citizen and I was given doses
of Heavy Metal that burned my testicles and
stomach. The disfigured body is the result of being
fried(full body irradiation___destroys the stomach
and testicles) and given doses of "Heavy Metal"
while incarcerated. Since it is obvious that the
U.S. Government is not in the business of castrating
prisoners nor is the state of Nevada, the only
explanation is that the "Agency" is castrating and
killing human beings.
Note the extreme muscle loss and the strange hair
growth on my back. The muscles near the upper back have
disappeared and notice the fore-arm muscles have
become larger than the bicep muscles. Also, the
shoulder muslces are greatly reduced in size.
Since I have been a body builder and athalete all my life and have talked to various other atheletes; there
is only one conclusion based on the provided facts.
I was experimented on while incarcerated and also
taken down by the "CESS Alien Agency" when I was
in New Jersey. This includes turning my 1984 Dodge
Omni Charger into a Human Hibachi where the
front bucket seats got so Hot I had to
switch the drivers and passengers bucket seats.

Shortly after I arrived in Chicago the Hollywood
film director "Alan J. Pakula" was murdered in a
very bizar accident that is categorized as a
quintessential "CESS Alien Agency Hit!".
The CESS Alien Agency is also referred to as the
"CROSS" and the "COMPANY". Note how my camera
flash reflection is in the form of a cross!
Was Alan Pakula and the Directors Guild of America trying to send a coded message about
the Chicago Alien Hive concerning the
use of the "Alien Agency" to CASTRATE HUMAN
BEINGS? The alien hive cities are considered
alien military hospitals because they freely
utilize alien technology on order to kill human
beings, give them diseases such as AIDS(HIVE?) and
cancers, and even castrate humans and change their
sex.
As you read my notes below you'll find that
Cincinnati, OH is part of the Chicago alien
hive and they are using the same alien technology
to harass, torture, and maime me.
Shortly before I left Chicago the aliens were
frying my Penis and slicing into my
gonads. Recently here in Chicago the aliens are
using the same technology and at this point I
believe an "Alien" form of a "Vasectomy" has
been performed!

Very interesting. The CESS Alien race are utilizing
all "Alien Agency" tricks in order to snuff out
the human species. From sterilizing human men
and women to changing their human sperm and eggs
so that they give birth to "Alien babies"__otherwise
known as "telepathic psycho kids" or "beenie babies".
Reference the movie "Dr. Strangelove",
especially the part where the military officer is
freaking because the women around him want his
Sperm. This is probably one of the first
references of what the "Alien Agency's" agenda
of exterminating the human race via mutating the
human genetic code.
Also, the "CESS telepathic psycho alien race" here
in Cincinnati(the women appear to be the real
alien psychos) keep on making references to
John Wayne Bobbit and the head of my
Penis being sliced off. I would suspect this
would be a deterence to having sexual relations
with one of their alien women?
Also, there is a very interesting sculpture in a
downtown building called The Dixie Center
that resembles genitalia mutiliation
Since the "Aliens Agency" was used in Chicago and
Cincinnati to damage my testicles and reproduction
system____ejaculation of semen has been changed
from that of "Sour Cream"
(a result of being poisoned with "Heavy Metal__radioactive isotopes" while a political prisoner in Nevada_1993; and resulting in damage to the gonads__
changing the semen smell to that of ammonia mixed with urine)
to very little ejaculation of semen.
Unfortunately, I must include the fact that these ejaculations are the result of "Alien Agency" mind manipulation during the periods the "Agency" puts
me in a comotose like unconscious state, and not
a result of me "banging" all the broads in
Cincinnati!
The aliens put me in a coma and then they have
complete control over my bodily functions. In
fact, they can even make a human deficate on
themselves during this comatose period.
