Still on the streets____I should have left this alien area about two
months ago. Need cash though and I refuse to work at those death camps
again. Most of the units that work there are either re-animates(dead people)
or aliens. I always get "taken down unfairly"(tortured) when I work
those jobs.

This foto is from a recent article in the Cincinnti Enquirer.
Note that the person circled looks very much like my estranged(CESS?), departed,
father___Joseph Manzo. At least when he was a younger man. This guy allegedly
donated a kidney to his wife who had kidney disease. Interesting story because
his brother is married to a woman also afflicted with the same disease___both
brothers donated kidneys to their wives.

This story is the quintessential CESS Psycho Alien Agency story not only because
of the changling's face that resembles Joeseph Manzo but also because there
is no such thing as chronic kidney disease. The psycho alien race have the
technology to slice up internal organs___this is how they cause diseases.
Kidney diseases? Heart valve diseases? Brain deformations? All the result of
alien psycho technology. Funny thing___the doctors must love the pscyho alien
race and "taking people down unfairly". Why? Because it gives the doctors
job security. Human beings would probably live to a ripe old age of 175 if
it were not for the psycho alien race causing disease and death.
I learned a new html trick. Using animated gifs as background images in
tables. My menus look pretty slick with the flames billowing.
Still being tortured by the Alien Race here in the "Alien Agency
city called Cincinnati". They have been using various alien torture
methods to try and drive this sane American to the asylum.
Since these alien borg units have no thought process they can't
figure out that Cincinnati(and some other major cities) are "nut
houses for human beings___since the cities are populated with those
of the alien race___and those of The Race___hate Americans(humans).
From frying of the hip joints, to cutting into various parts of the
body with their "Alien Knife"___to being put into some sort a
trance or coma and having the alien mind controllers take over your
motor controls(similar to the movie "The Manchurian Candidate").
This place is paradise; if you are Mulder and Scully.

A few days ago I found a "Thermodyanmics Book" and a few pieces
of paper fell out. When I looked on the ground the pieces of
paper spelled a very interesting symbolic message. Remember, I'm walking
towards a soup kitchen about noon, I notice an old book on the ground__
it looks like a bible or prayer book. I pick up the book and its
about my area of interest(Thermo). Then these images fall to the
ground in the order shown.
Further proof that this is a "CESS Agency City". Events(and people?)
are controlled by the CESS Alien Agency.

I worked Cinergy Field this morning__the Reds played the
Chicago Cubs. I swept the stadium stairs for about $20.00.
This is called making $20.00 the hard way. Still receiving
alien hits while working these slave jobs. Felt like something
was touching my face___actually felt like the bones around my
eyes were being deformed. It appears as if the CESS Alien Agency
has the technology to deform peoples faces. This explains the
differences in my facial appearance since being fired
from the U.S. Army Propulsion Directorate. Look at the pictures at
the top of the notes page___from Burbank(1994) vs the fotos from
Chicago and Cincinnati. Deforming my face they are? This is not
a result of disease or a natural occuring phenomenon.
This is probably how they get there CESS player's faces to look
somewhat similar to people from my past. Not even near look-alikes,
but they have certain facial characteristics that make you think
to yourself___hey that person's face looks sort-a like "yada, yada, yada".
This is how they do it?
Psycho defendant Kathryn Jederlinich, look-a-like walked by on Sunday
morning. Funny thing is that she looked like KJ from about 20 years
ago. Also, she had a little white bag around her right shoulder.
I should have taken a picture of that Paul Newman look-a-like
that I saw down-town! The best look-a-like yet! That Paul Newman
double___wow! Maybe it was Paul? Naaaaah!
Another interesting observation. Do a Yahoo search using my name
"wayne manzo". Look at the URL links to my Linda page and my
X-Files movie page. Note the descriptions?

Is the real Linda Evangelista trying to send me a message?
(Note: there is no such thing as "Linda Evengelista" she
is just another "Martian Agency" entity that was created for
the "Agency"). I'm sure the real Linda Evangelista remembers the poor homeless outsider who was being taken down unfairly___who handed her
and Kyle a blue folder containing a copy of his federal
civil rights lawsuit. Hmmmmm? Central Park AMFAR fund raiser?

Very bizare occurrence but defines Cincinnati as the quintessential
alien agency(There are pretty much all aliens here and with
the small Brooklyn Bridge prototype spanning Cincy with Covington,
Kentucky___I suppose the real U.S. Government could do
a "Siege" type thing here___remember the movie with Denzel
Washington, Bruce Willis, and Annnete Benning?)____its Sunday, about
11:30 in the morning and I'm walking North on Walnut street towards
a place called Tom's Kitchen. I walk past the Shell station
on the Northern part of Liberty Street and start walking North on
Vine(?) street. I notice a book on the damp side walk(raining?). The
book is about 4 inches by 8 inches___about 1/2 inch thick and the
cover and pages are dull black. I thought it was a religious book of
some sort.

Error Ring, Off?

The cover says International Library, then it says
International Textbook Company, Scranton, PA.
I open the book and some stuff falls to the damp sidewalk.
This is what fell out of the book and exactly how the items landed
on the sidewalk. A picture of the letter "R", a picture of
a "Ruby Ring", and the word "OF"
So, the arrangement is "R"-"Ruby Ring"-"OF".
So, what does this mean? My interpretation is this:
R=the word "error", Ruby Ring=the CESS Alien Agency__this is the ring
that defendant Peter Meitner kept on flashing in my face when I
worked for the U.S. Army Propulsion Directorate, NASA-Lewis Cleveland;
Also, when I interviewed for a job in New Jersey(back in 1990?) with
Manns Mann De-Mag___the turbomachinery guy that interviewed me
kept on flashing his ruby ring___also, if you colorize the movie
"The Manchurian Candidate" I'm sure that Frank Sinatra's ring
is ruby red!
What about the word "OF"? This means OFF. The opposite
of ON!
So, we have "ERROR RUBY RING___OFF!". Perhaps I was going to be snuffed
or kidnapped and the CESS Aliens decided that this would not be wise?
Oh, the book title? Heat and Steam by I.C.S. Staff, 1946.
Heat and Steam! Since my background is Power Engineering
and Thermo-Fluids Analysis, Aerodynamics____was it coincidence
that the book was about thermodynamics of water and steam?
This was no coincidence. This was quintessential CESS Alien Agency and
how they send their messages.

I found these two images____remnants from the fotos that I took
when I was living on the streets of NYC(1996-97)
These fotos(and negatives) where stolen the week I arrived in
Chicago. Interestingly enough, a few months after I arrived in
Cincinnati_____I was put in a trance for about 5 hours at the
Cincy-Hamilton Public Library____when I was brought out
of the trance my backpack with fotos, negatives, and back-up disks
was stolen. It was an inside job and if the Cincy police or
FBI investigate the library(CESS Agency acting as agents of the defendants)
staff, I'm sure they can find out who has my stuff! And get the backpack
(and contents) returned to its proper owner! Me!
More information concerning the downing of the Russian submarine.
I've stated before that the accident had the characteristics of
a CESS Alien Agency hit. Well, the Russian magazine pictured below might
have also reached the same conclusion. Note, I folded over the magazine
cover revealing the article about the downed Russian submarine.
Since I don't read or speak Russian I'm not sure what the slant of the
submarine article is. I've noticed that the publisher of the magazine
is pretty sharp___the graphical structure of the pages and the photography
are fantastic. I hope the writing is as creative___and accurate.
Another interesting finding in William Bramley's book: The Gods
of Eden. On page 407 we find and excerpt from Sirhan Sirhan's
diary:

Is the above a ranting of a mad man or a coded message. Yes, it is
a coded message and Sirhan was CESS Agency. The key words are:
"I have never heard" and pay to the order of of of of of of.
Okay, you CESS Agency sleuths, if you have been following my story you
should be able to recognize what Sirhan(or whoever he is) is saying.
Starting with "pay to the order of of of of of of" means payment for
RFK's assassination has been payed by the sixth player in the CESS
Alien Agency game.
"I have never heard"; means the sixth player wanted RFK killed so
that the CESS Alien Agency would connect him into the Alien
telecommunications system____think of it as the "Alien Prime-Star" or
"Alien Prime-Co" telecommunications network. The players get connected
by killing outsiders(humans) or insiders who are sympathetic to
the civil and human rights cause____this part of the CESS Alien Agency
Game? (Its not a game because of the control factor as a resulting from the
use of CESS Alien Technology).
Bramley's book is fascinating because it reveals so much about
the CESS Alien Agency and the RACE itself. I'll provide more detailed
analysis of various parts of the book in the near future.
Oh, what a coincidence, the sixth player in the game that I am an
unwilling pawn in____the sixth player_____hmmmm? His code name is
Colonel Kurtz(Apocalypse Now__The Horror, The Horror!),
is an Army defendant in my civil rights case, and looks somewhat like
those pictured below.

(How about some "American Whitewater" instead of the fabricated "CESS Agency"
scandals?)
Supreme Court Judge Rehnquist? And the new addition was the Sec Def
during George Bush Sr's administration, also listed as a defendant in
my 1992 federal civil rights complaint___and is currently George
Bush, Jr's vice presidential running mate(Dick Cheney).
There is another addition to this list of near look-alikes___but
you'll never guess who this guy is. Hint, he is associated with a major
news event that occured during the Reagan Administration and
his son had a bizare relationship with a young Hollywood actress.

Looked up a reference from the boook "The Gods of Eden".
The refence: "The Egyptian Book of the Dead". If you want to know
more about the "Alien Psycho Race" that is taking over the country,
the "Book of the Dead" is a good start.
Also, seems like in this alien agency they can use alien weaponry
to destroy a person's body___yet, while they are controlled by
the agency___the damage is not apparent. Similarly, when the person
is released(?)___all the damage occurs. My hip joints have been
destroyed, my heart damaged, and I think a few vertabrae in my
neck have been broken. When they release the person it appears like
the person was hit by a train or in a very, very, bad car accident.
Also, I've been sleeping on the streets getting about 1 to two hours
of sleep per day; and feeling okay. It is physically impossible for
the human body and mind to function properly on only this small
amount of sleep. The alien agency is being used to make me
act as if I obtained eight hours of sleep. Hmmmmmmm? Maybe they
turned me into a "white zombie". Also, it appears as if they
can destroy vital organs___even a person's brain___yet keep
the person functioning normally using the alien agency and
alien technology.
Examples of what happens when the person is released: 60 Minutes
did a show about a hospital in Iowas that had patients whose
minds were wiped. It may sound weird, but they probably could
remove a person's brain from their skull and keep the person
behaving as if nothing has happened___via the alien agency.
Another example is the David Letterman stalker___when she was
released it must have looked like she got hit by a train.
If fact, that was listed as the cause of her death. When in
fact, that woman was walking around sliced to pieces___but was
being kept together via the alien agency? Hmmmmmmm?
I've got to do more research on this.
I'm being put to sleep and into trances more often. The aliens here
can do this at will___that is, put people into deep coma like sleep
(no REM), or put them into trances. I went to the Cinergy Field___
waiting for the sunrise___under a bridge___one minute wide awake,
the next minute___unconscious. All I heard were people screaming:
"get up", "get up". When I woke up my testicles, penis, and rectum were
all numb due to lack of circulation. This is how they can easily
castrate men. They put them into trances and stop blood circulation
to their groin. When they come out of the trance or deep sleep___they
find they have been emasculated.

I bought a book about the "Alien Race" the other day___it turned
out to be alot more interesting and informative than I had
initially thought.
The book is called "The Gods of Eden" and is written by
William Bramley, Avon books 1993(first published
in 1989 by "The Dahlin Family Press")
Bramley tries to prove that all throughtout history there has been
an alien presence and that human beings(homo sapiens) are their
slaves. He uses historical documentation and common human sense
and tries explain how recorded history also has the alien existence
also embeded in it.
I'll do a thorough analysis on this book in the future but the question
that quickly comes to my mind after reading the book is why Bramley
is so afraid of stating that the alien race is here and that they
have assimilated in human society. He also states that the alien race
are the masters and they pretty much hate human beings___and that
the RACE is the cause of most diseases and hardships in mankind.
But, his statements are about the past! Why is he so afraid to bring
all his data into the present.
They are here and have assimilated into human society.
They don't like(they hate) human beings and are implementing a policy
of systematic extermination of human beings.
There Bramley! That's the way a man would have wrote it!
Fate Magazine, September 2000. Although "Fate" has published
many articles about the alien race they never have officially stated
that there are aliens here(the CESS Alien RACE) and that they hate,
manipulate, and kill Americans(humans). On Page 19 we find a group
of articles that are categorized under the heading:
"Nordic-Type Alien Experience Cases". Various people submitted
their experiences with these so-called Nordic aliens or Gods.
And you know, my being the expert of the CESS Alien Race, yeah these
people are being manipulated and destroyed by the CESS.
As you recall, the CESS-Alien Race has embeded in humans(American)
society and are systematically exterminating mankind. When the
telepathic mind controlling, scanning, CESS become "collective",
they take over countries, world domination___and in the process they
wipe out any existence of the human race. From sperm being changed,
to memmory and mind downloads to small children, to actually killing
humans and bringing them back to life___only with more advanced brains
and telecommunications capability. They then become one of the CESS Aliens
or what they call themselves "US".
The articles include having sex with these aliens___remember, they
are mind controllers and scanners(similar to the movies "BrainStorm" and
"Strange Days" and the movie "Modern Problems".
They can channel thoughts, can control people like puppets("Village
of the Damned")___and of course can cause a whole variety of aberant
behavior in humans from excessive drinking, drug abuse, womanizing,
and even self abuse. These are the damned humans that the aliens have
enslaved.
The article I can relate with is called What is a Nordic.
Case #114) a successful aeroparts dealer from Brazil talks about
playing with rust colored aliens and once he came to the United States
he encountered many of the "Grey Types" which he disliked. Then we find
that when he is 17 a Nordic Godlike alien named Thor appeared
(probably a Grey in disguise?). He tried to escape the frequent encounters
by moving to various geographic locations. Thor, evidently communicates through
telepathy.
What is special about this story? Hey, there are aliens here in
America and they are playing games with and exterminating humans___so
this guy is being harassed by a CESS alien called Thor!
Well, he goes on to say that "he has Lost Time" so often he has
lost count and "recently his penis suffered minor damage and black
limo began to park on his quite street".
Fiction? The story might be that of a fictious character but the
information is about a human who has been hunted by the CESS aliens
and who is being "Taken Down Unfairly". If they can kill him they can
either take his head or stuff him.
Brings to mind two movies. The first called "Primal Fear" with
Richard Gere and Edward Norton. About a Chicago alter
boy who goes nuts and kills the Cardinal or something. Interesting
part of the movie is that the boy mentions "Lost Time" where
he can't recall what he did.
What does this mean? Based on my expert experience of being a human
test subject for these aliens____they cut into humans brains and
make them controllable. According to these CESS Aliens here in
Cincinnati___they can even separate various parts of a human's brain and
thus shut down memory sectors while they control motor controls, etc...
In effect, is the person sleep walking or is he unconscious and the
alien race is controlling him? Remember the movie "The Omen II"
with George C. Scott(he was murdered in real life)___when the
"anti-Christ" character was controlling the Catatonic. Same
situation if you can put a human into a trance(and they can!).
The aliens basically take control of the person and the memory areas
are blocked out___when the person regains consciouness they have not
memory of what happened. Speaking of putting humans into trances
(hypnotists are aliens?)___remember that movie with "Chris Walken"
when they take that stranger into their house only to put him into a trance
and slit his throat at the end? That movie was about the psycho CESS
Alien race.

Oh, that Fate article also says that the parts dealer once woke up
an his penis was slightly damaged. The CESS aliens hate humans
and human sex___they have the means to slice a man's penis right off
without any blood loss! They are also the cause of most, if not all,
social diseases. Psyphilis___this is a result of the CESS slicing into
a strangers "urethra". Also not that most of people inflicted
with these diseases are city dwellers. The major cities are CESS
Alien hives____starting to make sense?
They use MC and make guys think they are gay___the human guys flock
to the cities and they get taken down! Hmmmmm?
