Ciccone's involvement with the plaintiff dates as far back as 1984. Madonna is in the secret, secret, service known as the "Cross". Many of the people who

Desparately Seeking Susan(D.S.S.), 1984, staring Rosanna Arquette, and Adain Quinn,
is a "sleazy service" targeting movie___shadow targeting the plaintiff. The movie uses background props and double inuendo to target the plaintiff. Outsiders don't understand the movie, the movie is not a screw-ball comedy___it is a movie about
slavery, illegal gambling, and the secret system.

provides the concrete evidence: In the movie, the character who is trying to catch Susan(Madonna) is named "Wayne", the same name as the plaintiff(remember Madonna knows the plaintiff's
wealthy family). As indicated in the exhibit below:
Wayne the gangster who is following Susan(Madonna)____. Note the design on the back
of Susan's jacket___this is a very important symbol__the all seeing eye__which indicates
the attributes or characteristics of those in the system, those on the inside. The full analysis
of this movie is forth-coming__along with the game that Madonna(and NYC) played while the plaintiff
(the engineering student) was a homeless "hostage" in Manhattan(1995).
Question? Why would they use such blatant targeting?
The CESS Alien Race are very a cruel and ruthless species and the movie "DSS" was
developed as a way of sending a message to
their human victim(the engineering student).
The message? "We set you up using the CESS
Alien Agency" because you are a human(outsider).
This is how the "Psycho CESS Aliens"
target people! Remember, the main objective of those
inside(CESS Aliens) the system is to destroy people(humans)___and they accomplish this by
removing them from society.
The CESS Agency is utilized to manipulate, frame, and torture until their human victim breaks a law resulting
in incarceration.
If they can't get you to break the law and have you
incarcerated, they torture and harass you with "Alien
Technology" and create bogus(fake) information that
can support their labels of "nuts" and/or "crazy".
Subsequent incarceration and sacrificial death is
considered tradition.
If they fail at their attempts of illegal incarceration, then they use "Alien Technology" causing disease and illnesses(or the symptoms of those diseases) with subsequent hospitalization and death,
again, as custom or tradition.
The above document is part of Madonna's attorney's response to the student's 1996 federal civil rights action.
The student, Wayne Manzo, was being played by the
CESS Agency and Madonna was(is) one of the players
making her a viable defendant in the case.

The student was living on the street at the time and did not have a mailing address; so the court dismissed the case on a technicality.
Again, the federal court dropped the ball by not
automatically appointing counsel, providing federal
protection, and initiating a huge media fire.
Then again, the same judge as that was assigned to
the 1993 civil rights action

was assigned to cv-471.
Note the document contains a typo. The assigned
judge was the same as that of the 1992 federal
civil rights case. His initials are NHP,
not MHP(verification of the assigned judge
to cv-471 is needed).
