The Toshiba "Laptop Computer Incident"

Tampered with Toshiba Laptop, NYC 1994
After little success in Las Vegas(1994) trying to obtain representation concerning his civil rights action against the County(Clark County, NV)
CV-93-187
and finding that the media in Las Vegas and
Los Angeles was not interested in his story, the student, Wayne Manzo, packed up all the evidence concerning the illegal incarceration(and experimentation-chemical castration), approximately 60 pounds of information and headed
back to New Jersey and New York City.

The student was released from the illegal political incarceration in November of 1993 after spending approximately one year tortured and chemically castrated by the "CESS Agency". The Las Vegas Attorney(CESS Agency?), who got involved in the case shortly after the student, Wayne Manzo, filed a federal "Habeus Corpus Complaint", insisted that although he assisted in getting the student released from the illegal incarceration, he would not litigate
the civil rights case.

(Note:
There is an interesting theory
that the attorney only intervened to prevent the
federal court from addressing the student's
Habeus Corpus Complaint.
Its fascinating how the attorney intervened
allegedly to get the student out of the political
incarceration situation, but then flatly refused to litigate the student's federal civil rights action
(or state action) against the those involved in
incarcerating him illegally for approximately one
year. Even though the attorney could have made
millions on the case?

After the student was released from the illegal
incarceration, the intervening attorney
refusal to litigate his civil rights case, and striking out with the local Las Vegas
attorneys(CESS Agency?) and the media,
the student traveled to Los Angeles hoping
to organize a litigation team and media support
concerning his civil rights story.
Arriving in L.A. shortly before Christmas he found that it was the North-Ridge Earth Quake
that was getting all the media coverage and not
his news story(at that time he was not aware that
all the main stream media in the United States
is owned and controlled by the CESS Alien Agency).
Neither were the few attorneys he visited or talked
with interested in his civil rights case and after
taking up "Photography" and shooting many roles of
film, the student returned to Las Vegas.
The Las Vegas attorney(CESS Agency?)
again refused to litigate his civil rights case and instead opted to give the student all documentation concerning the illegal incarceration.
The files consisted of all the information that
the was provided to the district attorney concerning
the illegal incarceration. This, combined with the about 500 to 1000 photographs(negatives) of Los Angeles and Las Vegas made up the bulk of the information and
documentation that would be brought back to the East
Coast.
Before the student left Las Vegas via rail,
he purchased an old used Toshiba Laptop
from one of Las Vegas's infamous pawn shops. The Toshiba was a very early model with no hard drive, a diskette drive(740k) and weighing about 11 pounds. It used volatile ram as a hard-drive(the ram was kept non-volatile by the battery and the small battery internal back-up battery).Yet, it was good enough for documentation and word processing of various items__Including generating legal documents.
At this point the student was still being
attacked by the CESS Alien Agency__he
was being body irradiated(lethargy and irritability)
and was still in somewhat of a mind fog; with out
generating interest from the Las Vegas legal
community or the news media, the student headed
back to New Jersey and the media capital of the
world___New York City.
The student figured that with all the information he had accumulated, "60 Minutes" and/or "Prime Time Live" would have an interest in the story, or that attorneys in New York would jump on a civil rights action with so much evidence available.
Arriving at Penn Station, New York City, he
took a cab and stayed at the only hotel-motel with rates that he could afford:
The West Side YMCA; located near the corner of West
63rd Street and Centeral Park West.
At that time, he was unaware of the fact that Madonna Ciccone, the "Singer" and "Actress" resided less than 100 feet away at the apartment complex on the corner of Central Park West and West 64th Street.

Even more bizare is the comment made by some "CESS Alien Agent" who appeared when the student,
Wayne Manzo, was returning to the West Side YMCA from Central Park.
He was approached by a male caucasian of average build and looks, about 30 years old, sporting those strange alien ears, who verbally spoke the words:
"That's as close as you'll get to her!"
Believe it! Or Not!

New York City is another "CESS Alien
Hive".............so expecting sympathy and help from New Yorkers is
like "Hitler" asking the "Jews" for sympathy and help.

A
fter his money ran low(media and legal community were afraid of
the case____actually, New York City is another "CESS Alien
Hive" and it is their culture or custom to destroy human beings; so expecting sympathy and help from New Yorkers is
like "Hitler" asking the "Jews" for sympathy and help),
the student left the YMCA and stored his clothes and
60 pounds of evidence at Amtrak's temporary baggage
storage($1.50/day) located at Penn Station below
Madison Square Garden.
Amtrak specified that cameras and computers should not be stored there so the student always carried his computer around. The student was living on the street at this time(~2 weeks) trying to decide whether to leave the NY Metro area.
One evening the student wanted to go to Grenwich Village
without lugging his heavy lap-top computer. So, he concealed it in his luggage bag and put it back in storage with the rest of his belongings. When he returned the next day to retrieve his lap-top he found that it had been tampered with.
Damage to the Lap-Top Computer
The agents of the defendants(The CESS Alien Race) had gone through the student's luggage and located his lap-top personal computer. They removed the battery pack, then they removed the screws and the small back-up battery that prevents the ram from becoming volatile. Once the back-up battery was removed, the volatile ram (which was being used as a hard drive) lost all its data.
The person(s) who had compromised the computer didn't even bother to put the screws back in the computer. They just stuck the computer back in the carrying case__the screws laying on the bottom of of the carrying case.
Special Note:
"The CESS Alien Race" was able to manipulate the student into leaving behind a "loose-leafnote-book" that contained pictures and legal evidence concerning the case. This occured when the student entered the Penn Station bathroom but was manipulated into leaving the book in one of the bathroom stalls(note: the same type of "Alien Mind Control"
was utilized in Chicago).
The CESS Alien Race exists, are using alien technology
in order to conceal their presence, and are obtaining
economic and social advantages over Americans(human beings)
by using "Alien Technology"___such as mind control and
high tech torture.
Back to the Madonna angle. Madonna is a player, hunter,
and CESS Alien Agent_____the alleged Madonna Stalker,
Robert Duey Hoskins, who broke into here Hollywood Hills Mansion: Castillo
Del Lago___is the victim!
