Plaintiff Wayne E. Manzo, residing at 146 Garabaldi Avenue,
apartment 2, City of Lodi, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey,
This is the residence where the student was
kidnapped the day before he was to mail an EEOC grievance against
the Army for retaliation, harassment, etc..
complaining of defendants herein alleges that:
1
Plaintiff was hired by the U.S. Army in December of 1987 as
an aerospace engineering intern. Plaintiff began working for the
U.S. Army
Propulsion Directorate, Located in Cleveland, Ohio,
The U.S. Propulsion Directorate is
a host at the NASA-Lewis Research Center, which is
located adjacent to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport
on December, 21, 1987. Plaintiff was hired as a GS-7(%23,000/year)
and put on an accelerated training program for engineers and
scientists. In this program the intern is given a promotion After
six months of dedicated work plaintiff received an outstanding
evalutation by his supervisor, Mr. Peter Meitner and Mr. Gilbert
Weden. Three months later the plaintiff was terminated from the
position for no just cause.
The Army promoted the student as part of the
CIA-Zion scam__understanding that the job was a set-up, a trap,
there are two basic reasons the student had to receive the
promotion: 1. The Army-CIA wanted to create the illusion that the
student "snapped", and 2. The "system" would not allow the Army-
CIA to get away with destroying an intern student who only worked
for a few months. These are the true reasons why the
student was promoted.
The excuses the Army gave for the plaintiff's termination were
vague and mostly fabricated.
The Army stated that the student was causing
problems at the Army Office and NASA and was not getting along
with his co-workers. Army fabrication at its best; note the
contradiction between the excellent 6 month progress
report and the reason the Army gave for termination
2
Before the plaintiff was terminated he was harassed,
intimidated, and drugged by fellow Army employees. Plaintiff
was also threatened on numerous occassions. The content of the
threats were: 1) Army would induce the plaintiff into committing
suicide through the use of psychological and chemical warefare,
Page 1
2) the Army would exploit the plaintiff's private life such that
he would die happy because he would gain recognition, albeit
negative, 3) Army would make it impossible for the plaintiff
to secure legal counsel to halt government's activities.
4) Army would destroy the plaintiff's career and make it impossible
for him to acquire gainful employment.
The system is well oiled with the remains of
innocent people__while the student was in the drugged state the
Army employees harassed him by telling him what they were going
to do and what his future was going to be like
3
Defendants actions are based on the allegations that the
plaintiff accepted the civilian Army position under false
pretenses(non-committal basis) and was thus intending to defraud
the U.S. Government. Defendant's actions also based on:
1) monetary gain by exploitation of plaintiff's personal life,
2) retaliation against plaintiff for seeking relief throug the
EEOC grievance process, 3) belief that the plaintiff
is homosexual, 4) negative lobbying by the plaintiff's estranged
relatives.
If it is understood that the student was an
unknowing "player" in a game that his relatives and other wealthy
people were playing, that the job offer was a trap, then the
above seems obvious. The secret system has certain rules,
the game was to trap the student into a situation that they
(the wealthy players)could invoke the secret system rules
to destroy the student(physically and psychologically).
He accepted the position because he was manipulated__although
at the time the student thought he was making the
decision to accept the Army civilian position; in
actuality the other players had made the decision for
him in advance. He had no choice but to accept the Army
position__the other players had won at this point.
It should also be noted that some of the Army employees
were calling the student "loser" and posting signs outside
his office indicating the same___still think the student
was not a victim of some sort of manipulation?
4
Plaintiff was threatened by Mr. John Acurio on July 15,
1988(approximated). Mr. Acurio told plaintiff that he enjoys having
vendettas against people who don't follow his orders or who are
bold. He also said that he has ways of destorying people;
their bodies and their minds. He then made a statement under
his breath pertaining to the Army castrates those who aren't
truthful and "who the hell do you think you are". On July 17 Mr.
Acurio made frequent remarks about how he hated homosexuals
and that he would never allow those type of people to work
in his office. Mr. Acurio looked at the plaintiff in a way that
was suggestive that he was a homosexual. On August 5 the plaintiff
accompanied Mr. Acurio to ST. Louis, MO to assist in the
preparation of computers. At the Ambassador Motel, Mr. Acurio
told the plaintiff that people who cross him usually end up jumping
off tall buildings. Mr. Acurio was standing next to the plaintiff
while looking out of his balcony window. Mr. Acurio then placed
his brief case on the bed and informed the plaintiff that the
contents were invaluable and that the plaintiff take the briefcase
to his room. The plaintiff declined feeling that there was something
wrong with Mr. Acurio's motives. Plaintifff alleges that based on
statements made by Mr. Acurio, Director, U.S. Army Propulsion
Directorate, Cleveland, Ohio, that Mr. Acurio is primarily
responsible for criminal and civil actions perpetrated against
him since being terminated from the Army.
At this point the student was deep into the
Army-CIA's drug induced psychosis and the Army spooks were doing their
bestto burn in thoughts and threats into the student's mind__their
game was to try and force the student to commit suicide.
Page 2
Plaintiff was threatened by Col. Gilbert Weden, Chief, Aerodynamic
Components Division, U.S. Army Propulsion Directorate, on many
occassions. Plaintiff was told that he would be turned into a
dead head by the Army. This comment was made by Col. Weden while he
was standing right outside the plaintiff's office door. The plaintiff
has been poisoned on numerous occassions since being terminated from
the Army in 1988; the effects of such poisoning being attenuated
mental capacity. Col. Weden also stated that he had contacted one of the
plaintiff's past professors from North Carolina State University,
Mr. John Perkins, and told him not to allow Mr. Manzo back into
the Aerospace Engineering Program if he returns to NCSU. Weden
also called the plaintiff a "radical" which coincides with the
Cleveland FBI being called in to investigate the plaintiff.
The student was drugged and being
continually harassed by the Army defts, after attempting to
transfer to NASA(this was blocked by the Army) the student
decided that his only other option was to go back to North
Carolina__this is a no-brainer because the student had no
family or friends__except the students he interacted with at NCSU.
The plaintiff returned to NCSU after being terminated from the
Army in 1988 and was ostracized by the student body, professors,
and local populace. There had been media coverage concerning
the plaintiff and his personal problems. The plaintiff was
basically defamed on a cable program by the Army.
Note how the student refers to "his
problem", there was no problem___his behavior was drugged induced.
The people of North Carolina responded by showing hatred
towards the plaintiff.
5
The plaintiff was threatened by Mr. William hady of the
U.S. Army Propulsion Directorate on September 5, 1988(approximated).
The plaintiff was told by Mr. Hady that he was going to "die of a
heart attack and his teeth would fall out". Mr. Hady also
threatened the plaintiff on the day of his termiantion,
Septermber 28, 1988. While the plaintiff was being escorted out
of the Army office Mr. Hady shouted "good luck finding a job"
and "your life is finished". The plaintiff holds Mr. Hady of
the U.S. Army Propulsion Directorate responsible for the
criminal and civil actions perpetrated against the plaintiff
since being terminated from the Army in 1988.
William Hady had a desk in the same office as
the student(there were three other people in the small office
besides the student(Mark Valco, David Valco(student), and William
Hady. Mr. Hady was employed by NASA(but worked for the Propulsion
Directorate?).Since the student was wrongfully terminated from the Army
civilian position his mouth has been continuously "fried" and
all of his filings have fallen out, teeth have loosened and some have
mysteriously deteriorated___the enamel and tooth turning into
a brittle chalk-like substance. He has also experienced severe
heart pain that would coincide with Hady's remarks.
6
The plaintiff was threatened by Mr. Mark Valco of the U.S.
Army Propulsion Directorate on July 5, 1988(approximated). Mr. Valco
said that the plaintiff should not have laughed at Col. Weden and that
the Army will take care of him for that and lying. This occurred
after the plaintiff was asked by Col. Weden about his long term goals.
The student was drugged at this point and
was in some sort of trance, he was being harassed and threatened and
the Colonel was involved. Colonel Weden called the student into
his office and asked about his long term goal__the Colonel was
aware that the student was drugged and that he was going to be
destroyed. When the Colonel asked the student about his long
term goals the student told him he like his job but was being
harassed and threatened by his co-workers__the Colonel ignored
these remarks and said that the student's recent promotion was
indicative that they like his work__the Colonel was lying.
The student did not laugh at retired Colonel Weden, he was
in a drugged state and made a face when the Colonel brushed
aside his concerns about the caustic office environment.
Once again the Army is caught in a lie!
Plaintiff responded positively but raised questions about
being harassed and intimidated in the office. Plaintiff holds
Mr. Mark Valco of the U.S. Army Propulsion Directorate responsible
for the criminal and civil actions perpetrated against the plaintiff
since being terminated from the Army in 1988.
Page 3
7
Plaintiff was threatened by Mr. Peter Meitner of the U.S.
Army Propulsion Directorate on many occassions. On July 6,
1988(approximated) Mr. Meitner told the plaintiff the Col.
Weden had written the last chapter in the plaintiff's life book
and that his life was over with.
Mr. Meitner, on September 1(approximated) told the plaintiff that
he would probably end up committing suicide based on what the Army
was going to do to him.
|
|
The U.S. Army Propulsion Directorate has a
history of destroying employees it doesn't like__Peter Meitner
often talked about a female employee who was caught in a
situation and fired while her companion(a man) was promoted.
One wonders if perhaps the tv program "WKRP" in Cinncinnatti
has some sort of cryptic message associated with
the Army employees demise___phonetically speaking the
letters WKRP mean "wack her P" in Cincinnatti__?
It would appear that the Army Propulsion
Directorate was chosen to frame the student because
of their track record__i.e., they are professionals.
For all those with inquiring minds try to figure out
the connection between the title of the pop group
"Huey Lewis and the News"
and the Army Propulsion Directorate__
The plaintiff holds Mr. Peter Meitner of the U.S. Army Propulsion
Directorate responsible for the criminal and civil actions perpetrated
against the plaintiff since his termination in September of 1988.
8
Plaintiff was threatened by Ms. Teresa Kline of the U.S.
Army Propulsion Directorate on many occassions.
This is an example of media targeting;
the image is an advertisement from a local NJ newspaper
(1991). The woman in the ad is Teresa Kline. Note the
word "Stress" and it's association with the picture of
Kline. Teresa Kline is the daughter of a wealthy
executive for Goodyear Tire Akron, OH,
It would appear that Mr. Kline has been involved
in the "game" since 1984.
Ms. Kline told the plaintiff that he would prabably end up
committing suicide because of what the Army was going to do to him.
Ms. Kline aslo stated that she kills gays who hate women.
The plaintiff was very concerned about this statement
because he was afraid that this and other homophobic statements
were directed towards him.
The student was residing at the residence of
Mr. Charles Clarke, Lakewood Ave, Lakewood Ohio.
Lakewood is on the Western border of Cleveland
and has a large gay community. It was no accident that the
student, who was without funds to rent an apartment, ended up renting a
room from Mr. Clarke(note: the room was advertised in the "Plain
Dealer"__the Army would not advance the student relocation funds.
Based on events occurring after the plaintiff was terminated,
the plaintiff was correct in his assumption that the Army
employees considered him to be homosexual. The plaintiff holds
Ms. Teresa Kline responsible for he criminal and civil actions
perpetrated against the plaintiff since his termination in
September of 1988.
9
Plaintiff was harassed, intimidated, and threatened by Mr.
David Valco, Mr. Joseph Flowers, Mr. Joseph Certo, and Mr. Queito
Thomas of the U.S. Army Propulsion Directorate. Plaintiff was told that
what the Army was going to do to him nobody could stop and that no
attorney would help the plaintiff take the Army to court.
Plaintiff was also told that his sexual addiction was discovered
and the above defendants began to make physical gestures
simulating the addiction(masturbation).
Note how the student refers to his high
libido(which was induced by the Army-CIA's drug) as an addiction__this
is what they wanted him to believe__the guy had a normal sex drive
until the defendants drugged him. They then video taped his private
behavior__that they of course induced, and tried to coerce him
into committing suicide by defaming him with the information.
(this is how they do-it).
The plaintiff holds Mr.Flowers, Mr. Valco, Mr. Certo, and Mr. Thomas
responsible for the civil and criminal actions perpetrated against the
plaintiff since his termination in September of 1988.
10
Plaintiff was threatened by Mr. Lawrence Schuman of the
U.S. Army Propulsion Directorate. Plaintiff was a passenger in Mr.
Schuman's car on August 28(approximated) when Mr. Schuman told
him that he would die happy because the Army was going to
exploit him and make him a star.
Here Mr. Schuman was burning into the
plaintiff's psyche that he would die happy because they were
going to exploit him and he would be known by many people__this
delves into the area of the secret system--
Page 4
11
Plaintiff was continously harassed by Mr. Thomas Jones of
the U.S. Army Propulsion Directorate. Mr. Jones, on a consistent
basis, would address the plaintiff as "loser". Mr. Jones was not
in the habit of calling other employees by this derogatory term.
Here we have Mr. Jones calling the student a
loser, hmmmm, sounds like the Army office was involved in playing some
sort of game__still don't believe in the secret system?
note: defendant Denise Manzo Romance often asked the student if
he liked playing "games".
Mr. Jones was asked to stop by the plaintiff but failed to
do so. Mr. Jones' comments were indicative of what the Army was
going to do to the plaintiff(make him into a bum). Mr. Jones
also threatened the plaintiff telling him that he would never be
successful in life. The plaintiff holds Mr. Jones responsible for
the civil and criminal actions perpetrated against the plaintiff
since his termination in September of 1988.
